Advanced Automation Stats: Real-Time Visibility Into Every Step

The Advanced Stats panel in Automation now opens automatically when you view an automation, giving you immediate insight into how each step is performing with no extra clicks required.

What's New?

Stats now load in parallel across all steps with live loading indicators so there's no waiting around. Each step includes a Warning tile alongside the existing In Progress, Completed, Removed, and Paused counts, flagging records that need a closer look. Drill into any step and you'll find a new Reason column that explains in plain language exactly why each record landed there, plus a Reason filter dropdown to slice the view by what matters most.

Why Does It Matter?

Automation admins and recruiters no longer have to dig to understand why a record didn't progress. Whether it's an invalid email, an opted-out contact, or something else entirely, the reason is right there in the step details: clear, readable, and actionable. Troubleshooting and optimizing automations just got a lot faster.

Enablement Steps

This is automatic. No action needed. Open any automation and the Advanced Stats panel will be front and center. Click any tile to access the step details page with the new Reason column and filter dropdown.
